Overview

A long season, from several growing regions.

Onions are grown across several Pakistani provinces, with harvests in different months. That staggered calendar gives Pakistani onions one of the longest export seasons in the region, and gives you continuity of supply.

What decides an onion's value on arrival is how it was handled before it left. Our onions are field-cured until the necks are dry and the outer skins are tight, then graded for diameter and defects and packed in ventilated mesh so they arrive firm rather than sweating.

Who we supply: Fresh-produce importers, wholesale market traders, supermarket chains, food processors and catering suppliers.
