Mustard fields in Punjab, Pakistan
Overview

From Pakistan's potato belt.

Punjab grows the large majority of Pakistan's potatoes. Its main crop is harvested over the winter months, and a smaller spring crop follows, with cold storage extending supply further into the year.

We supply table varieties chosen for appearance and cooking quality, and processing varieties chosen for dry matter and frying colour. Every lot is cured for skin set before packing, so it travels and stores well.

Who we supply: Fresh-produce importers, supermarket chains, food-service distributors, and chips and crisps manufacturers.
